New proposed Academy shadow anchored power center development on Walton Dr. set to open Q2 of 2018. The proposed 130,000 SF will include retail and restaurants with small shop, junior anchor and padsite positions available. Transwestern Retail out of Houston announced the proposed center on their website earlier this quarter.
