Curt Green & Company had to work with three different property owners on multiple lots in the 400 block of Arkansas Blvd, the 3800 block of County Ave and the 400 block of East 38th St to help Elcan put this project together. Realtor Avenue “Coming To Life”!

Realtor Avenue is changing it’s landscape, Jason Clanton and Pinson Razaq of Curt Green & Company, LLC sold Coulter’s Liquors (110 E 35th St) and its license was moved to 820 Realtor Ave to open Chubby Cheeks Liquor and Beer Barn, Pinson Razaq sold a lot at 400 Realtor Ave, where Vincents Fine Wines has applied to move its license, and Jason Clanton also sold the former El Chico’s at 300 Realtor Ave. Lucky Liquors has applied for a replacement permit at that location. Rumor has it that El Chicos is coming back to Texarkana!
Just one more sign that Realtor Ave is “Coming to Life”! It has been said that El Chico’s will be moving into the old Bennigan’s building. Back in the late 1990′s Curt Green and James Herrington constructed the Bennigan’s building at 420 Realtor Road.

Curt Green and Phil Bishop of Curt Green & Company, LLC facilitated the purchase of the land and development of the New Wadley Senior Clinic. Curt along with his partner James Herrington, through their company C2C Construction Services, LLC, is spearheading the development of the new Wadley Senior Clinic facility with the design help of Joe Crews, Architect. Texarkana Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a ground breaking for the new facility on October 2, 2012 at 11 am. Wadley Senior Clinic will provide specialty geriatric health care to Texarkana and the surrounding area.
